The weekend is almost upon us.

Bagatelle

Saudi's list of top new dining destinations has a new addition; French-Mediterranean restaurant, Bagatelle has officially opened in the Kingdom's capital city, Riyadh. Indulge in fresh, French-Mediterranean classics such as foie gras, scallops en croute, tartare de bœuf and other delicious French fare, but if you are dining at Bagatelle, you must finish with the pièce-de-résistance, a made to order seasonal soufflé. El Camino

Take your tastebuds on a trip to Mexico by visiting El Camino. With laidback vibes and good food, this is the perfect spot to catch up with friends over some delicious Mexican delights. From nachos, fresh ceviche, burritos, tacos and everything in between; discover all the traditional flavours of each Mexican region in one place.

Kayu Bakehouse

Just last week, Dubai's much-loved Kayu Bakehouse opened its first Saudi branch in Riyadh. Kayu Bakehouse is a boutique bakery with an abundance of photogenic pastries and delicious French desserts, available to eat sitting in or to go. At the helm is MENA's Best Pastry Chef (according to 50 Best Restaurants), so you are guaranteed some top-quality and flavourful eats at Kayu. Start your day with something sweet, or stop by for a mid-day moment.

Rüya

Serving up authentic Anatolian dishes, Rüya will serve up a menu of elevated traditional Turkish flavours to the foodies of Riyadh. From a selection of hot and cold mezze and delicious warm pide to succulent kebabs and slow cooked short rib, guests can expect to be enveloped in the wholesome flavours of Turkey. Of course, an Anatolian meal wouldn't be complete without finishing with a sweet slice of künefe.

Teruzushi

Owner and head chef Takayoshi Watanabe is the self-declared 'Sushi-Bae', and has become somewhat of a social media sensation. As part of Via Riyadh, Teruzushi is located in the new food hall of Via Mercato, and this is sushi restaurant's first foray outside of Japan. Famed for serving traditional Japanese omakase, Teruzushi will bring diners on a sensational journey of flavours through authentic and fresh sushi dishes.

Robata

Robata is the latest dining concept from the team behind ever-popular, Myazu. This sleek, two storey restaurant opened at The Canopy in Hittin. Taking inspiration from the traditional Japanese approach to grilling over-flame, known as robatayaki, Robata is set to become a go-to location for fans of Asian flavours. This restaurant will bring a selection of elevated and interesting flavours, straight from the robata grill.
