Via Riyadh: This new burger pop up is getting a lot of attention

Weekends are for good company and great food to satisfy your cravings. And chi SPACCA is set to ensure all (burger-related) desires are fulfilled.

Nancy Silverton is the renowned chef and restauranteur behind the Michelin-starred Osteria Mozza in Los Angeles. And she is also the co-owner of the Tuscan restaurant, chi SPACCA, a unique take on Italian-butchery, specialising in serving high-quality meats, boldly seasoned fish and locally sourced vegetables.

Straight from Melrose Avenue, Los Angeles to being a shining star of Via Riyadh's restaurant line up, chi SPACCA is a meat-lover's dream. And the team has just announced a mouth-watering, weekend pop up - every weekend for the foreseeable.

The chi SPACCA burger pop up event is a much-loved experience in LA, and lucky for us, it is now coming to Riyadh.

Every Saturday from 1pm-4pm, burger loves will be able to sink their teeth into a rotating menu, with five different burgers being showcased every week. In our opinion, the ever-changing menu is an excellent excuse to visit the burger pop up every, single Saturday to get taste of all the creations.

Among the flavourful offerings, burger lovers can expect to dive into Nancy Silverton's take on the classic cheeseburger, known as the Spacca smash burger: several thin smashed patties are layered with melted American cheese, sautéed onions and a good dash of the chi SPACCA special burger sauce, all between two pillowy, sesame buns.

Other options will include the Dry-Aged beef burger or the fried-chicken-thigh burger. Vegetarians might also be tempted by the delectable Portobello mushroom burger. If you're less a burger person and more a sandwich type, there'll also be the chi SPACCA signature tuna melt and a steak sandwich.

Regardless of your main choice, a side of fries or sweet potato fries is the ideal accompaniment.
