For the very first time, the world will be introduced to what could be considered the most elite and exclusive food festival to grace the industry - the Michelin Guide Food Festival.

Taking place over just three days from December 8 to 10, the inaugural fine-dining food festival will make history and debut in the Middle East at Louvre Abu Dhabi Park.

Under the theme 'Art of Flavour,' the Michelin Guide Food Festival will spotlight 16 top-tier Michelin Star restaurants, each showcasing a specially curated menu that pays homage to their regional cuisine. Serving dishes that celebrate flavour and the mastery of Michelin Starred thinking in their fusion, creation and serving, guests are sure to taste the seasoning of true gastronomic genius.

As part of Abu Dhabi's Culinary Season, the festival promises to not only celebrate the vibrant diversity of Abu Dhabi’s food scene, but will also present a curated selection of internationally acclaimed Michelin awarded restaurants to the UAE capital.

This will be a cashless event, where meals and experiences can be paid for by card on site.

Aside from exclusive Michelin menus, the inaugural Michelin Guide Food Festival will also feature exclusive, up-close-and-personal Chef’s Table experiences, alongside an array of culinary masterclasses with internationally renowned chefs, and a marketplace showcasing some Michelin-branded products and local farm produce.

For the curious epicureans, there will be six exclusive masterclasses; each dedicated to a distinct flavour profile—sweet, savoury, bitter, sour, umami, and spicy—and will be guided by passionate and skilled chefs.

Some of the Michelin Starred chefs confirmed to be taking part in the Guide's debut food festival are; Lee Kok Hua of the One-Star Hakkasan in Abu Dhabi, Alvin Leung of Hong Kong's Two-Star Bo Innovation, Jimmy Lim of the Three-Star JL Studio and Heidi Bjerkan of the double awarded One-Star and Green-Star, Credo in Trondheim, Norway.
