The Michelin Guide has officially been announced for the United Kingdom and Ireland for 2023.

Food lovers will be excited by the newcomers added to the Michelin Star list.

The Silverstone Circuit saw the first in-person presentation of Michelin Stars for Great Britain and Ireland, since the Covid-19 pandemic.

Winners were unveiled at a glamorous meeting of the region's most talented chefs and kitchen teams, on March 27.

Twenty new restaurants were awarded One Michelin Star, whilst three new restaurants received Two Michelin Stars. In Ireland, there was just one new restaurant — Terre, Castlemartyr — was added to this listing, whilst the United Kingdom saw more than twenty newcomers.

If you’re planning a trip to the United Kingdom, and you love to try new places, this is the perfect list for fine dining and elite level casual dining that will have you thinking about the meal for weeks to come. Make sure to book ahead as these establishments are likely to become very popular.
