The UNESCO-recognised, ancient destination of AlUla is once again welcoming a culinary master: Alain Ducasse. 

Alain Ducasse, considered one of the greatest fine-dining chefs of all time, and his pop-up, farm-to-table dining experience is slated to return to Saudi's ancient destination of AlUla. Local and international gourmands will be delighted to hear that Ducasse in AlUla will return once again on December 18.

With more than 20 Michelin stars to his name, Ducasse is known for his innovative approach to French cuisine, and now you'll be able to join the culinary legend for an unforgettable dining experience in the enchanting oasis of AlUla.

This latest iteration of the restaurant will mark the third time Ducasse in AlUla has graced the AlUla winter celebrations. The returning pop-up offers guests a memorable menu where classic, exquisite French dishes are thoughtfully reimagined using the region's unique local ingredients. The pop-up dining experience will return to its location close to UNESCO recognised Jabal Ikmah, and will be available for bookings from December 18, 2025 until February 21, 2026.

Combining locally sourced, fresh ingredients from the oasis farms of AlUla with the traditional flavours of French cuisine blended with Ducasse's family-run farm background of his family farm, this 'farm-to-table' style restaurant is set to offer the Kingdom's epicureans a one-of-a-kind menu and pop-up experience.

Last year's edition featured a menu and dining concept that was developed under the direct supervision of the celebrated multi-Michelin-starred Monégasque chef, and the pop-up restaurant was managed by a talented brigade of chefs working under the tutelage of trusted Head Chef Alfonso Barreto. It has not been confirmed if Chef Barreto will return for the 2025 edition of the pop-up dining experience.
