In a momentous announcement, Moor Hall, a renowned destination for exceptional dining, was awarded the coveted three Michelin stars, joining an elite group of culinary establishments. The 2025 edition also saw the introduction of five new Green Stars, recognising restaurants with an outstanding commitment to sustainable practices. This growing emphasis on sustainability reflects the evolving priorities of both diners and the culinary industry.

The awards ceremony brought a wave of excitement to the culinary scene, with Edinburgh celebrating two new starred restaurants and Cardiff achieving a historic milestone for the Welsh city with its first Michelin-starred restaurant. Notably, the Guide also recognised the rise of diverse culinary offerings, with the UK's first-ever One-Star Greek restaurant and the first plant-based restaurant to receive a Michelin Star.

This year's Michelin Guide showcases the continued evolution of the UK and Ireland's culinary landscape, highlighting the creativity, innovation, and dedication of chefs across the region.
