Transforming into a haven for food enthusiasts, Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental will host the second edition of the Michelin Guide Food Festival in Abu Dhabi this November.
Over three days from November 22 through to 24, more than 20 Michelin Starred or Michelin Guide Recommended restaurants from the GCC and beyond, will serve up a selection of delicious and signature dishes.
This year's festival promises to be bigger and better than before.
The Michelin Guide Food Festival is not just about indulging in delectable dishes, it offers a multi-sensory and multi-faceted foodie experience. Visitors can participate in exclusive masterclasses led by renowned chefs, learning about their secret or signature culinary techniques and their personal philosophies behind their favourite dishes. Additionally, the festival will host a special marketplace featuring local producers, allowing you to bring a taste of the festival home and create your own culinary masterpieces.
So, its time to buy your tickets and prepare your palate and get ready for a flavour extravaganza. Indulge in signature, fine-dining dishes from around the world including dishes from the Two Michelin Star and Green Star winner, Crony of Japan, and the Two-Star Evvai of Brazil.
A number of One Michelin-Stars will also showcase at the festival, including Argentina's Casa Vigil, Mexico's Esquina Comun, Thailand's one-star Samrub Samrub Thai, Turkey's Vino Locale and three local Michelin-Star winners. Serving traditional, fusion and modern takes on Emirati cuisine, Abu Dhabi's One-Star Erth, will showcase alongside other One Michelin-Stars like the renowned Hakkasan, Italian-inspired Talea by Antonio Guida and Mediterranean Tean, and the traditional Japanese Otoro.Over 20 Michelin-starred restaurants will showcase their culinary expertise, offering a diverse range of flavors and cuisines
