With restaurants opening ever week in Dubai, there has to be something special about a venue to draw in the crowds, even months after opening. Although there are just 32-seats and a perpetual queue, this is a restaurant experience I can whole heartedly stand behind. The wait is worth it. Inside an industrial estate, and housed within a converted warehouse, this intimate neighbourhood restaurant entirely dedicated to modern live-fire cooking. At the heart is an open kitchen anchored by a wood-fired oven. Dishes range from the standout secret-blend burger to wagyu flap steak frites, smoky bolognese and fresh, flavourful salads. Window prioritises texture, flavour, simplicity, and community connection over standard Dubai nightlife spectacles.
