Saudi Arabia is adding another "first" to its growing portfolio of attractions, with the announcement of the Trojena Golf Course, the region’s first high-altitude mountain course.
Set at 2,100 metres above sea level in Neom’s Trojena region, the 18-hole course promises an unforgettable experience, blending challenging play with breathtaking alpine views. Surrounded by dramatic peaks and cool year-round temperatures, it’s designed to feel like golfing among the clouds.
Located on Jebel al-Lawz, Trojena is already making headlines as the future home of the Gulf’s first outdoor ski resort and the host of the Asian Winter Games 2029. The addition of this golf course further cements the area as a hub for adventure, sport, and luxury hospitality.
By 2026, Trojena will welcome an impressive lineup of global hotel brands, including Anantara, Raffles, The Ritz-Carlton Reserve, W Hotel, 25hours, and JW Marriott, making it a destination where sport and leisure meet in spectacular style.
