Diriyah unveils Jabal AlQurain Avenue for entrepreneurs and Saudi talent

Diriyah Company announced Jabal AlQurain Avenue, a new lifestyle and business destination designed to spotlight Saudi creativity and entrepreneurship. Set within the Qurain Cultural District, the fully car-free avenue will bring together retail, dining, residences, offices, and cultural institutions in one vibrant hub.

The development will feature 56 retail spaces, 15 restaurants and cafés, 102 residences, and 40 offices, alongside academies and institutes dedicated to Saudi heritage and culture. The goal is to create a space where people can live, work, and explore innovative local brands while enjoying authentic dining experiences.

Jerry Inzerillo, Group CEO of Diriyah Company, said the project is designed to support Saudi entrepreneurs. “Jabal AlQurain Avenue marks an important step in our ongoing commitment to making Diriyah a place that nurtures Saudi talent, innovation, and creativity, helping it grow and prosper,” he said.

“We know there are Saudi entrepreneurs and talents across Saudi Arabia, especially in Riyadh and Diriyah, who have creative ideas and innovative initiatives in the retail and food-and-beverage sectors," he added. "We are proud to provide an environment that helps nurture inspiring entrepreneurial ideas, with opportunities for learning and participation in a variety of academies and institutes focused on heritage and culture.”

Jabal AlQurain Avenue forms part of the wider Qurain Cultural District, which also includes luxury hotels such as Ritz-Carlton Diriyah, Address Diriyah, and Four Seasons Diriyah. The wider Diriyah project spans 14 square kilometres, with retail, hospitality, cultural venues, and residential developments that together will reshape Riyadh’s historic birthplace into a global cultural capital.

Diriyah is a historic location as well as a cultural touchpoint in the Kingdom. It contributes approximately $18.6 billion to Saudi Arabia's GDP, providing 180,000 jobs and houses for 100,000 residents.
