Saudi Arabia’s luxury tourism landscape is continuing to evolve at a remarkable pace.

While integrated resorts have traditionally catered to families and large, multi-generational groups travelling together, there has been a noticeable yet quiet shift towards adults-only experiences. Emerging as a relatively new concept for the Kingdom, and quickly growing in popularity among both discerning local residents and international travellers seeking tranquility, privacy, and refined seclusion, adults-only retreats are increasingly becoming a sought-after experience in Saudi Arabia.

With check-in restricted to over 18s only, the new collection comprises five distinct residences: four Overwater Villas Privé and one larger, Overwater Villa Privé Grand. Designed exclusively for adults, each villa is strategically positioned to maximise seclusion while framing panoramic marine vistas, and ensuring guests can also avail of the selection of activities and restaurants closeby.

Inside, a contemporary design palette draws inspiration from the natural colours and textures of the surrounding coastline. Bright, open interiors, organic finishes, and floor-to-ceiling windows create a seamless connection between the serene indoor spaces and private outdoor terraces that sit directly above the water. For those seeking even more space to unwind or entertain, the 139-square-metre Overwater Villa Privé Grand features a separate, elegantly appointed living room.

This category prides itself on delivering the brand's highest tier of tailored, white-glove hospitality; from the moment guests arrive, every detail is meticulously managed, beginning with VIP in-villa check-in followed by the dedicated attention of a private butler available around the clock.

Guests also enjoy optional round-the-clock in-room dining, exclusive access to the private Club House restaurant, and guaranteed reservations across the resort’s signature à la carte dining venues. The experience is rounded out with private beach area access, dedicated concierge services, and complimentary club car transfers across the sprawling resort grounds.
