The Riyadh International Book Fair is returning to the city this month.

Over the course of nine days, from September 28, the bibliophile celebration will take place at the King Saud University campus.

Considered one of the nation's largest and most popular cultural events in the calendar, last year the event welcomed 1 million visitors in just over one week.

More than 1200 publishers from over 30 countries showcased their publications, and we're expecting a similar selection at this year's event.

With long opening hours from the morning though until the late evening, the annual event features a number of discussions, book readings and signings alongside other engaging activities for both adults and children.

The Riyadh International Book Fair will also feature an area dedicated to children's books and activities. This pavilion focuses on all aspects of children's culture and the activities designed for them. It aims to support their growth and skill development in an engaging and educational setting, leveraging the expertise of professionals in the field of children's education and interests.
