Ancient history meets classic charm meets indulgent luxury, Rosewood Diriyah is slated to open next year, bringing "a new level of luxury" to the UNESCO Heritage destination.
As part of the area's ongoing redevelopment, Rosewood Diriyah will sit in a standalone building. The Rosewood hospitality brand ensures that each property is deeply influenced by its location, drawing on the surrounding culture, history, and geography to create a unique ambience and style - and this destination will be no different.
Featuring 202 guest rooms and suites, and 48 ultra luxe Wadi Suites, ranging from one to three-bedrooms, the hotel will cater to short term tourists and residential stays. The Rosewood Diriyah will also encompass four unique restaurant and bars, as well as Asaya, a unique wellbeing concept.

Mondrian Riyadh Al Malqa
Announced in March 2023, the Mondrian Riyadh Al Malqa will be the brand's debut destination in the Kingdom.
Designed by award-winning, international architectural studio, Benoy, this hotel will be comprised of 12 storeys. The unique design features a striking façade of bronze-like louvers that sweep across the building's exterior.
With a selection of residences and luxurious hotel rooms, in total the Mondrian Riyadh will boast 200 keys: 130 of which will be standard rooms and suites, alongside 25 one-bedroom, 35 two-bedroom, and 10 three-bedroom serviced apartments. Set to be located in Riyadh's new, up-and-coming Al Malqa Urban Village in the north of the city.
Set to encompass various services and facilities, the Mondrian Riyadh will connect guests with retail stores, entertainment options and top of the range dining experiences, with three new, innovative concept restaurants.

Kempinski Al Qeshan Hotel
Unveiled in February of 2022, the Kempinski Al Qeshan Hotel is slated to open by 2026 in Riyadh's Olaya District.
The five star hotel will comprise of 35 storeys, featuring 150 elegantly decorated rooms and suites alongside ten gorgeous serviced apartments, all within its centrally located destination on the King Fahd Road.
