Parisa Abad is a well-established yogi and devoted practitioner.
Originally from Iran, Parisa ran her own studio before relocating to Dubai, where she’s spent the past three years sharing her expertise with the local yoga community.
Specialising in Ashtanga yoga (a dynamic and demanding yoga type), Parisa teaches the practice in its most authentic form, supported by her deep studies and certification from India. Her true passion lies in assisting within the Mysore Room in Kuala Lumpur — a learning space that mirrors Parisa's personal journey and deep commitment to yoga and self-acceptance. Most recently, Parisa led all of lululemon’s yoga sessions for International Day of Yoga; during which she guided over 600 participants through a powerful and unifying practice across the region.
