There are plenty of things you might order to your hotel room. Some people swear by an indulgent in-room breakfast, lots of people in this region opt for an in-room massage, or perhaps your go-to is something sweet after dinner, as you're wrapped in a plush, fluffy bathrobe. But, things at The Hoxton are a little bit different.
Alongside a selection of delicious bites, the latest room service menu comes with a unique proposition: Lacoste.
The hotel group has teamed up with the French fashion label and Los Angeles-based artist Michael McGregor on a seven-piece capsule collection, available exclusively to guests staying at The Hoxton.
The purchasing process is deliberately simple, but there is a twist - you must be a hotel guest.
The limited edition, special collaboration collection launched on September 8, across the brand's 19 properties. The catch is that you cannot simply walk into a store and buy it: the pieces of the limited edition, curated collection are only available to order and buy, through room service at The Hoxton.
Guests staying in The Hoxton will find a Lacoste Room Service Menu in their room. The online store can accessed and viewed through scanning a QR code on this menu. From there, guests wishing to make a purchase can message Reception with their chosen piece, size and quantity, and their orders will be delivered to their room the same day. There is also the option to try pieces on in the lobby before completing the purchase, although the final transaction still happens through room service.
The only people who can access this collection without staying in a Hoxton Hotel are those who are already Hox Friends and Dis-loyalty members. These members can shop the collection without being checked into the hotel.

Lacoste x The Hoxton
This collection includes Lacoste's most familiar and famous silhouettes, and of course, the iconic crocodile emblem, which have been given a new graphic treatment by artist Michael McGregor. The LA artist known for turning overlooked hotel stationery and notepads into collectible works, has curated a collection that has a personal, more relaxed feel - whilst each garment remains recognisably Lacoste.
This limited edition collection is less about creating something precious to keep in the wardrobe, and more about the pieces you will actually wear, especially when travelling. There are items that are perfect for the plane, or long car journeys, pieces that are perfect for lounging around in, and others that make late night chats event more cosy. That thinking runs through the collection, which The Hoxton describes as being designed for life both inside and outside the hotel.

The collection includes a t-shirt, classic polo, hoodie, tracksuit pants, women's pyjamas, men's pyjamas and a bathrobe. Most pieces are available in unisex sizes XS to XL, although stock and sizing vary between hotels, and purchases made are simply added to the room bill.
Prices for the Lacoste x Hoxton collection range from £80 for the T-shirt to £200 for the bathrobe, with the classic polo hitting £120, the hoodie at £160 and tracksuit pants at £145. And one of the most sought after pieces in the range, the pyjamas, are £105 per set. With phrase like 'Home Away From Home', 'Room Service Sil Voo Play' and colourful Hoxton embroidery revolving around the iconic Lacoste crocodile, this is a special moment in the brand's creative and collaborative history.
Delivered to the room in custom room-service packaging within minutes of ordering, the curated edit features signature pieces from the iconic French brand, turning the traditional in-room dining card into a physical, on-demand closet. It is a playful, lifestyle-driven evolution of room service — proving that the best hotel amenities are no longer just consumed, but worn.
