The Saudi Tour returns to AlUla for a fourth edition, and under a new name - the AlUla Tour.

Over the course of five days, teams of internationally renowned professional cyclists will race against each other in a gruelling competition through the rust-coloured desert and valleys of AlUla.

Organised by the Ministry of Sport and The Royal Commission for AlUla in collaboration with the Saudi Cycling Federation and the International Cycling Union (UCI), the newly re-named sporting event will make its fourth edition with the AlUla Tour will take place from January 30 through to February 2.

The AlUla Tour is part of the International Cycling Union (UCI) Asia Tour and will consist of 119 professional cyclists making up 17 teams, race against each other across five race stages. Each team of seven will take on this competitive cycling challenge through one of the nation's most culturally rich and historic areas.

Members of the public or those vacationing in the area can also enjoy cycling through history in AlUla by visiting the Wheels Bike Hub, which is close to AlUla's Oasis Heritage Trail. At the Wheels Bike Hub, visitors can grab a coffee in the cafe and rent bikes, alongside protective equipment ahead of cycling the 26km long pathway.
