Already taking reservations for its opening season this November, Shebara Resort is the first ultra-luxe resort to open on the much-anticipated Sheybarah Island.
As part of the rejuvenation of the Red Sea region, Sheybarah Island is just a 45-minute boat ride from the mainland, or guests can choose to arrive by sea-plane, Shebara Resort will offer guests an opportunity to experience the tranquility and beauty of the Red Sea, in a modern and futuristic way.
The resort's overwater villas have become a distinct feature of Sheybarah Island. Embracing sci-fi but also reflecting the natural beauty of the region, a series of giant chrome orbs or pods sit dotted along the coastline, with these villas representing a majestic string of pearls.
Dining at Shebara Resort
Through its five unique dining options, the culinary team at Shebara Resort aims to create unique dining experiences and memorable menus, embracing "culinary traditions while embracing daring innovations to create unforgettable dining experiences."
Ariamare
At Ariamare, guests are invited to experience the culinary artistry of Mediterranean cuisine. With Michelin-starred chef Marco Garfagnini at the helm, Ariamare's Mediterranean-inspired menu of indulgent and intriguing dishes is crafted using fresh, seasonal ingredients. The restaurant will also feature a live pasta-making station that can be seen by diners through a large glass window that showcases the open kitchen. In addition to the so-called 'pasta lab,' Ariamore menu will also feature a selection of crudo and Mediterranean tapas.

iki.roe
iki.roe blends traditional Japanese dining with Peruvian flair and flavours. With nikkei ceviche, robata meats and miso black cod on the menu, iki.roe is set to tantalise your tastebuds. For those looking for an even more elevated experience, iki.roe will also feature a personalised Omakase experience, creating a unique and interactive meal.

Lunara
A stylish yet casual brasserie, Lunara will offer a globally inspired menu that will cater to guest's preferences, for both breakfast and dinner.

SARIA
Described as a luxurious poolside, all-day dining option, SARIA will be a casual, family friendly dining destination within Shebara Resort. SARIA will serve up laid back yet exquisite Levantine-inspired dishes. Guests will be able to enjoy a diverse and modern menu created using fresh ingredients in a stylish and relaxed ambiance.

Solera
An adults-only pool bar, Solera aims to combine a tranquil atmosphere with innovative non-alcoholic drinks inspired by nature. Although not specifically a dining destinations, guests will be able to order from a select number of dishes between 3pm and 6pm every day. The menu of light bites is sourced from flavours and traditional dishes of the Red Sea and local desert region.
