Wolfgang Puck is a world-renowned Austrian-American chef, with a portfolio of successful restaurants worldwide, including in the Kingdom's capital city.

And now Puck is bringing a new and exciting culinary experience - CUT by Wolfgang Puck - to Riyadh, for a limited run this November. 

Opening its doors for a limited time period at VIA Riyadh, CUT by Wolfgang Puck is now taking reservations for just six nights this month, from November 18 to November 23. 

CUT offers a curated selection of the world's finest beef, expertly prepared and presented. Guests can indulge in a variety of cuts, from classic ribeye and filet mignon to more exotic options. In addition to its signature steaks, CUT also features a selection of seafood dishes, salads, and desserts.

The stylish and sophisticated interiors of CUT restaurants create a memorable dining experience. The combination of sleek design, attentive service, and exceptional cuisine has made CUT a beloved destination for food lovers and industry insiders alike.

Earlier this summer we caught up with the world-famous chef, and asked about his thoughts on Riyadh's growing dining scene. “Food is a big part of connecting with people,” the daring and inventive chef muses. “If you have dinner with somebody, you know the person so much better two hours later, sharing so many stories together.” 

“Saudis are very hospitable, friendly, and want to take care of you,” Puck says, emphasising how so much of the local's hospitality also takes place around serving, sharing food and dining as a group. Saudis are the dinner ideal guests, according to Puck, because they love to eat and experiment with flavours, spices and innovative dishes.

With just two weeks to go before the pop-up dining experience lands in Riyadh for the first time, reservations are now open and time slots between 6pm and midnight are available to book online. Wolfgang Puck is an acclaimed chef, and has a flagship restaurant in Riyadh; Spago, opened its doors in May 2023 at the luxurious VIA Riyadh shopping and dining destination. Since its opening Spago has become known as one of Riyadh's most loved fine-dining chains.
