This October, the luxury Shangri-La Hotel group presents "Taste of Shangri-La," a culinary extravaganza.
The newly announced 'Taste of Shangri-La' dining experience will feature specially curated menus from the group's 21 signature restaurants, which will be available across 10 indulgent Shangri-La hotels in the Middle East, Europe, UK, India, the Indian Ocean, and the Americas.

From October 1 to 30, food enthusiasts can embark on a gastronomic journey, exploring specially curated tasting menus crafted by the renowned chefs of Shangri-La Hotels around the world.
Aptly named 'Taste of Shangri-La', the culinary festival aims to showcases the diverse dining experiences and flavours of Shangri-La, promising to captivate the imaginations of food lovers worldwide.
In Dubai and Abu Dhabi, foodies will have the opportunity to experience the mastery of Chef Benson Peng, a renowned expert in Sichuanese cuisine. Known for his bold flavours and innovative techniques, Chef Peng will be showcasing his culinary talents at Shangri-La hotels both cities. Diners can expect an authentic taste of Sichuan, with each dish offering a unique and unforgettable experience.
Beyond Dubai and Abu Dhabi, the 'Taste of Shangri-La' celebration will feature a variety of culinary delights at other participating hotels including Shangri-La Paris, Shangri-La Muscat and Shangri-La Eros Delhi. From the vibrant flavours of Indian cuisine to the refined elegance of European dining, Shangri-La guests will be able to explore a diverse range of cuisines and culinary traditions.

The hotel's signature restaurant, Shang Palace, offers diners a taste of authentic Cantonese cuisine, and Niyyali showcases the best of Lebanese flavours, whilst an all-day dining option is also available at the Waterfront Kitchen. With DJs spinning tunes late into the night, Kaia is the destination's hottest poolside mocktail lounge, which only opens during the cooler winter months.

Starting at SAR 248 per person, the expertly crafted 'Taste of Shangri-La' menu at Shang Palace Jeddah, will be a four-course dining experience where diners can try the restaurant's most popular and famous dishes.
Offering both a fully-rounded meat-eaters menu, alongside a vegetarian offering, the curated festival menus of Shang Palace for 'Taste of Shangri-La' will include delicious dishes such as the Crispy Black Truffle Spring Roll, and the mouthwatering Peking Duck Meat Mince Xiao Long Bao, alongside signature main dishes such as Mapo Tofu and the Classic Chinese Supreme Soy Sauce Steam Red Sea Seabass.
