Rose & Pistachio Latte
Perfect for Suhoor, or ahead of dawn, this latte is a warm and fluffy hug in a mug; a delightful fusion of rose, pistachio, and creamy milk, offers coffee lovers a unique and satisfying flavour profile.
The soft floral notes of rose intertwine with the nutty warmth of pistachio, creating a comforting and indulgent beverage. Its smooth, milky texture makes it perfect for both after-Iftar relaxation and pre-dawn Suhoor nourishment. Whether you're craving a sweet treat to conclude your evening meal or a gentle pick-me-up to start your day, this latte is sure to please, leaving you wanting more of its distinctive and harmonious blend.
Ingredients:
- 110ml Nespresso Master Origin Ethiopia pod (original or vertuo)
- 20ml honey
- 220ml of milk
- 1 teaspoon of rose water
- Crushed, roasted pistachios
Method:
- Pour the honey into a glass
- Pour in the milk and rosewater into the Aeroccino and froth. Alternatively, use a hand-held frother.
- Brew the coffee (lungo) and pour over the honey, and mix
- Pour the milk over the coffee and honey mixture, and spoon additional froth on top
- Decorate with crushed, roasted pistachios, a sprinkle of saffron and gold leaf if you're feeling fancy
