The rink has relocated for its second edition, and can now be found within the vibrant AlJadidah Arts District. Founded by none other than American record producer, DJ, and rapper, Swizz Beats, AlUla on Wheels is AlUla's AlUla’s first-ever skating rink.
AlUla on Wheels offers something for everyone, from seasoned skaters to first-timers, and it's the perfect way to experience the vibrant energy of AlUla while creating lasting memories.
What to Expect at AlUla on Wheels
Great music, good vibes and 45 minutes of roller skating with your mates beneath the stars.
Aside from the seriously top-notch retro vibes, the open air AlUla on Wheels skating rink boasts stunning, sweeping views over the mountains and vistas of AlUla, and also incorporates a selection of local and traditional artworks with retro style, for a unique roller skating experience. Blending "community cultural expression and a forward-thinking vision," it is hoped that AlUla on Wheels will be a positive focal point and fun environment for local residents and visitors. e
For those taking a break from the roller skating rink, the new venue in the AlJadidah Arts District also has a selection of arcade games to give a fully-rounded throwback experience. There is also a retail space for those interesting in shopping Swizz Beats' clothing brand Saudi Bronx, and of course AlUla on Wheels merchandise is also available to try on and pick up.
DJ Nights at AlUla on Wheels
Remember we said AlUla on Wheels was a concept brought to life by music legend Swizz Beats? Well, this means you'e guaranteed to have great music - including serious talented DJs taking to the decks to spin live tunes as you skate around the rink.
Although DJ Nights at AlUla on Wheels take place every other weekend; December 26 & 27, January 2 & 3, January 16 & 17, January 30 & 31, February 6 & 7 and February 21.
All the confirmed live DJ skating sessions are listed below, with a special once off Tuesday gig taking place on New Years Eve with DJ Leen on the decks to start 2025 on the best note possible.

Tickets are available to purchase via experiencealula.com, and cost SAR150 per person.
But be quick as tickets tend to sell out quickly, especially for the DJ Nights as some of the most popular local creatives take to the decks for a night of great music and throwback vibes.
Make sure to arrive at least 10 minutes ahead of your scheduled session to check in your trainers, and get your roller skates on and groove as you skate during your 45-minute skate session.
