The seventh edition of Riyadh Season has officially begun, and the festive excitement is taking over the capital city.
Returning once again, Riyadh Season’s most popular entertainment destination, Boulevard World, will welcome its first visitors of the season on Friday, October 30. In one sprawling destination, visitors can experience global travel, traditional architecture and immersive entertainment, in addition to international gastronomy as the seasonal entertainment zone returns for 2026.
New Zones & Experiences
This season introduces four brand-new international pavilions that expand the park's global itinerary. The Netherlands zone brings classic Dutch architecture, vibrant tulip and flower market displays, and authentic street food stalls serving traditional snacks like sweet stroopwafels and crispy fries. For the first time, Portugal will be celebrated as the new world destination brings a taste of coastal European culture to Riyadh through classic tiled facades, artisanal craft markets, and freshly baked delights like pastéis de nata. Meanwhile, Uzbekistan showcases rich Central Asian heritage, textile traditions, and artisan markets, joined by Bab Al Yemen, which highlights the distinct architecture, regional coffee culture, and crafts of Yemen.

Beyond the new country zones, the annual entertainment park has added major adventure hubs and attractions that the whole family will enjoy. Amazonia Awakens is a high-octane, jungle-themed water coaster that plunges riders from a 20-metre height. Whilst the Africa zone has expanded to feature the BLVD Forest and a new Giraffe Experience, allowing visitors to walk through elevated wildlife habitats and feed giraffes. In another part of the entertainment zone, high-tech additions like Battle Kart bring augmented-reality racing and immersive gaming to the grounds.
This year, other special experiences focus on the scary and weird. If this is your vibe, why not book your ticket to skip the queue and visit The Black Museum; a mysterious landscape dominated by hundreds of black spheres that form an unexpected venue for play, exploration, and incredible photo opportunities. Black Tomb invites visitors to travel to ancient Egypt for a high-stakes, immersive showdown between un-dead armies and otherworldly invaders — once inside, your challenge is getting back out! At The Abandoned Village, you can explore the eerie feels of a deserted Mexican town as you aim to uncover what happened to its residents, before whatever remains finds you.
