Kimpton Hotels are celebrated for the brand's dedication to a distinctive blend of boutique charm and contemporary design.
Known for its presence in global style capitals, like Paris, New York and London, the brand has made its official Middle East debut with the opening of Kimpton KAFD in Riyadh’s thriving King Abdullah Financial District.
The brand brings its signature approach to hospitality — one that values individuality, creativity, and a strong connection to place. The newly opened Riyadh property introduces a fresh perspective to the Kingdom's hotel scene, offering a thoughtfully curated experience in one of the city’s most dynamic neighbourhoods.
In Short: Surrounded by striking architecture and global business hubs, the hotel introduces a fresh take on luxury, one that blends contemporary design with intuitive hospitality. What sets Kimpton KAFD apart from other luxury hotels in Riyadh, is its atmosphere: polished yet personal, business-ready yet relaxed.

Kimpton KAFD's proximity to key cultural landmarks and transport links makes it an ideal base for both business travellers and leisure guests looking to experience Riyadh’s modern pulse. The location reflects the brand's ethos — dynamic, connected, and distinctly forward-thinking.
