Ennismore, in collaboration with Tilal Real Estate Company, is set to introduce the 25hours Hotel brand to Al Khobar. The "25hours Hotel Heart of Khobar," scheduled to open in 2028, will be the first of its kind in Saudi Arabia.

The hotel will feature 170 guest rooms and suites, along with 80 serviced apartments designed for extended stays. This new property will embody the 25hours brand’s distinctive character, known for its original art, quirky props, and curated objects, all delivered with the company’s signature humor.

Guests of the 25hours Hotel Heart of Khobar will enjoy multiple dining options, a swimming pool, and a gym. It will also feature an "analogue circus" experience, providing guests with nostalgic items like typewriters, Polaroids, and vinyl records, giving guests a retro twist to their stay.

The project is a strategic collaboration involving major industry players, including Tamimi Group as a Strategic Investor, Ennismore as a lifestyle hospitality company, and Tilal as an urban developer. Abdulrahman AlBassam, CEO of Tilal Real Estate Company, emphasized that this partnership aims to deliver an exceptional and distinctive lodging experience that infuses innovative elements into every aspect of the project.

The development will also introduce Ennismore's co-working brand, Working From_, to the Saudi market. This 2,000-square-meter workspace offers perks such as free access to meeting rooms, complimentary printing, lunch desk delivery, and special hotel rates and F&B discounts for members.

The Heart of Khobar development is designed to support the concept of living, playing, and working in one cohesive, integrated community. This initiative aligns with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, which aims to position the Eastern Region among the most desirable places to live globally.
