Operating without the need for human drivers, the metro is expected to be highly efficient and reliable, whilst the spanning over six different lines means the metro system will cover a wide range of districts in Riyadh, making it a convenient option for commuters to travel across the city.
Each metro stations are designed with modern architecture and equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, and several metro stations feature stunning public art installations, making the journey a cultural experience.
The Riyadh Metro aims to significantly transform urban mobility in Riyadh, reducing traffic congestion and improving air quality, and is a symbol of Saudi Arabia's commitment to modernisation and progress.
