As the summer heat finally starts to simmer down, it's the perfect time to jet off and explore — and low-cost airline Wizz Air is making it a breeze with a sale on flights to a host of popular destinations across the Middle East and Europe.
The budget-friendly routes leave from Abu Dhabi to some of the world's most exciting travel hotspots, from the Greek capital of Athens to sun-soaked Larnaca in Cyprus and the coastal city of Alexandria in Egypt.
But connecting from Saudi Arabia will be easy thanks to AED89 (SAR90) flight tickets between Dammam in the Eastern Province and Abu Dhabi, as part of the special sale running from now until November 30.
Other offers include flights to Amman – a city scattered with ancient ruins, historic theatres and Roman temples – for AED279, plus tickets to Giza, the home of the Great Pyramid, for AED209. New Routes
Wizz Air has also revealed a new route from Abu Dhabi to Moldova's up-and-coming capital Chisinau running from October 28, and a flight to Romania's second-largest city Cluj-Napoca taking flight from October 2.
