Carbone is an emblematic New York City restaurant with traditional Italian-American roots, and has been a symbol of culinary excellence and sophisticated dining since its opening in 2013.

With a long list of celebrity clientele and a dish so legendary it needs no introduction (the spicy rigatoni), Carbone is one of NYC's most popular restaurants for wholesome, Italian-American fine-dining and there is a brand-new location opening in the Kingdom.

And, the iconic Carbone is set to open this week within the Mansard Riyadh, A Radisson Collection Hotel, close to the King's Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) in the nation's capital of Riyadh.

The dining destination is the brainchild of culinary visionaries Mario Carbone, Rich Torrisi, and Jeff Zalaznick. The trio of restauranteurs wanted Carbone to be an immersive journey of wholesome, 'mama's best' Italian dishes in an atmosphere that exudes an air of refined nostalgia and an incomparable warmth of tradition.

The fine-dining Italian restaurant Carbone will open in Mansard Riyadh, A Radisson Collection Hotel on Wednesday, 1 November.

Reservations are now open for foodies to nab a table at what is expected to be one of the hottest dining destinations in the capital city this winter, at the time of writing the first week was already booked and the next available dining reservation was from November 6 onwards.

The Mansard Riyadh is also home to the ever-popular, fellow New York City eatery, Sadelle's. Discover out more about Sadelle's and our review of the new restaurant right here.
