Via Riyadh: 4 restaurants unveil summer food festival menus to book now

As part of the food festival, the restaurant will offer set summer menus giving diners the chance to try the most popular dishes

Summer is slowly creeping in, and usually that might mean some complaining about the heat and a frantic search for flights... But this news gives us an extra reason to embrace and enjoy the city.

This launch sees four of Via Riyadh's restaurants serve up a selection of their most popular dishes as part of a summer food festival series.

What is Via Riyadh?

Via Riyadh is a modern, premium shoppingdining and entertainment destination in the heart of the Kingdom's capital, and since its opening a year ago, the open air mall has become the a hub and go-to destination for luxury dining and designer shopping experiences. Home to a number of internationally acclaimed restaurants alongside boutique and designer cafes and a number of unique shopping experiences, Via Riyadh offers something for every taste.

Via Riyadh is also the location of the Kingdom's first St Regis Hotel. Described as the 'epitome of luxury', the hotel has become popular with travellers due to its location and luxurious surrounds.

Chi Spacca

Cuisine Type: A chic, rustic Italian famed for its flame grilled meats

Michelin-starred chef Nancy Silverton has transported her famed Italian restaurant, Chi Spacca from Lost Angeles to Riyadh. Foodies in the capital city have whole-heartedly embraced the fresh and rich flavours of Mediterranean, firmly putting Chi Spacca on must-try menu.

A meat centric restaurant, the Chi Spacca summer food festival menu includes a selection of antipasti, followed by some of their classic dishes such as flank Angus and fries and grilled harissa chicken, and desserts include the delicious torta della nonna.
