The Half Million team have done it again. But this time, the coffee brand has introduced a captivating new lavender colourway, ensuring that even those who proudly own the previous pink tumbler will be eager to add this stylish new shade to their collection.
To commemorate Founding Day 2025, these limited-edition mugs feature a distinctive purple hue. In Saudi Arabia, purple carries significant cultural weight, representing the hospitality and generosity that are hallmarks of Saudi society. This unique shade draws inspiration from the breathtaking display of purple flowers, including lavender, basil, and Teucrium oliverianum, that are found in abundance in the Saudi deserts during the springtime.
Celebrated each year on February 22, Founding Day marks the establishment of the first Saudi state over three centuries ago, in 1139 AH / 1727 CE by Imam Muhammad Bin Saud. And, Diriyah was the location of the first Saudi capital.
