For just two days this November, the Burj Al Arab’s Ristorante L'Olivo at Al Mahara will host a dining experience with two exceptional chefs—Andrea Migliaccio, Executive Chef of L’Olivo, and Michelin-starred Paolo Casagrande from Lasarte in Barcelona—at the helm.

This exclusive two-night event will feature a meticulously crafted six-course menu, a fusion of Migliaccio’s Mediterranean influences and Casagrande’s signature flair.
Through these six-courses, guests will be taken on a sensory journey of flavours, textures and unique flavour combinations, offering diners a rare chance to taste creations that blend tradition with innovation.
The evening will begin with a selection of canapés prepared by the two chefs, with flavours that will open the palate and set the tone for the evening ahead. Each course that follows will reflect the artistry and expertise of both chefs, with highlights including a refreshing marine-inspired pre-dessert and a refined lemon and honey dessert.
