This Ramadan Season, we are curating a collection of signature recipes from the region's top chefs. These recipes are designed to inspire your next kitchen creation or sunset beverage. Whether you are hosting a grand Iftar or a quiet Suhoor, these recipes offer a thoughtful blend of tradition and contemporary flair to elevate your seasonal table, from the recipe books of some internationally renowned chefs and dining destinations.

The Ajwa Latte is a sophisticated, locally-inspired creation that marries the bold intensity of espresso with the natural, caramel-like sweetness of Madinah’s celebrated Ajwa dates. The resulting flavour is a multi-layered experience where the deep cocoa notes of the coffee pierce through a creamy, date-infused base, topped with a warming hint of cinnamon that lingers on the palate.

Perfect for a post-Iftar pick-me-up or a refined Suhoor treat, this indulgent latte offers a modern, barista-standard interpretation of classic Saudi flavours that is both comforting and caffeinated.
