Apple launches its first Arabic online store in Saudi Arabia

In a milestone for the Kingdom’s digital landscape, Apple has officially unveiled its Saudi-specific online store, and Arabic-language Apple Store app for the very first time.

This bespoke informational and purchasing platform delivers a seamless, fully localised shopping experience that caters directly to the needs of Saudi customers.

Shoppers across Saudi Arabia can now browse and purchase the full suite of Apple products — from iPhone and iPad to MacBook and Apple Watch — while enjoying local after-sales support, flexible payment options, and next-day delivery on most orders. To power this swift service, Apple has established a dedicated distribution centre within the Kingdom, ensuring shipments arrive at doorsteps within 24 hours.

Personalisation remains at the heart of the experience: customers can choose complementary engraving on select items—AirPods, Apple Pencil, or AirTag—in both Arabic and English, with emojis or custom text adding an extra touch of exclusivity.

This digital debut is just the beginning of Apple’s long-term vision for Saudi Arabia.

By 2026, the tech giant plans to open its first physical retail store in the country, with the flagship location still under wraps. A second store is also in development in Diriyah, the Kingdom’s UNESCO World Heritage site, promising to blend architectural heritage with cutting-edge design.

Apple’s store in Saudi Arabia offers a suite of premium services tailored to local tastes. Through a partnership with Tamara, purchases can be split into four interest-free monthly installments. The updated Apple Trade-In programme allows customers to exchange their old devices for credit toward new ones, while AppleCare+ now provides a monthly subscription option in lieu of the standard annual plan, for greater flexibility.

To support students and educators, the store extends exclusive educational discounts on Macs and iPads, along with accessories. The annual Back to School promotion runs until October 21, featuring complimentary accessories with qualifying purchases.

With this launch, Apple inches closer to its Saudi audience, combining global innovation with personalised, Arabic-language services that were never readily accessible before.

As the Kingdom’s appetite for technology and digital transformation continues to surge, Apple’s new online store stands ready to meet and exceed the expectations of its most discerning clientele.
