The upcoming Jeddah E-Prix 2025 will be a high powered event from start to finish, from the highs of competition to the thrum of the crowd at the event's nighttime concerts.
Scheduled to take place this coming weekend, February 14-15 at the Jeddah Corniche Circuit (for the very first time), this event promises excitement and entertainment for all attendees.
R&B superstar Akon is set to headline the event on Friday, February 14. Known globally for his silky smooth vocals and catchy beats, Akon's performance is highly anticipated. Hits like “Smack That,” “Lonely,” and “Right Now (Na Na Na)” made him a household name in the early 2000s. Apart from his musical prowess, Akon is also celebrated for his philanthropic efforts, particularly Akon Lighting Africa which aims to provide solar power to African nations.
Joining the musical lineup on Saturday, February 15, is Lil Baby, an influential figure in modern hip-hop known for his distinct flow and introspective lyricism.
His tracks like “Drip Too Hard” and collaborations such as “Hurricane” with Kanye West and The Weeknd solidified his place in the music industry. Accompanying him will be Disco Misr, an Egyptian group known for their unique blend of retro and modern beats, and the Miami Band, renowned for their energetic performances.
DJ Blacky will open the show with energetic beats and keep the crowd going between performances.
The Jeddah E-Prix will also offer a variety of interactive activities, gaming zones, and a special area for children, making it a family-friendly event.
