Over two shows, audiences looking for a belly-laugh can expect a masterclass in rapid-fire stand-up, marked by Carr's trademark blend of dark observational humour, outrageous punchlines, and legendary audience interaction. Having built a massive international following, the comedian has also garnered an impressive regional following through multiple sold-out appearances in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, including memorable runs during the inaugural Riyadh Comedy Festival in October 2025, and several wildly successful performances in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi in recent years.
Having toured with this show all around the world, from Germany to Las Vegas, Canada and Australia, Jimmy Carr's upcoming visit to Dubai marks his return to region for the first time in 2026, for another evening of unfiltered laughter.
Set to sell out, this highly anticipated event will take place at the iconic Dubai Opera, located in the heart of Downtown Dubai. The touring show, entitled Laughs Funny, will run for one night only in the UAE, on Saturday, August 29, 2026. To accommodate high demand, the venue has scheduled two separate performances on the night, with the first show commencing at 6.30pm and a second late show starting at 9.30pm.
