In partnership with Belmond, the Maison has opened two permanent Dior Spas in two of Italy’s most legendary hospitality destinations: the cliffside haven of Grand Hotel Timeo in Taormina and the lagoon-side grandeur of Hotel Cipriani in Venice.

The Dior Spa at Grand Hotel Timeo in Taormina, Sicily
High above the Ionian Sea, Grand Hotel Timeo in Taormina welcomes the Maison’s first permanent spa in Sicily. Integrated into the hotel’s terraced gardens with views stretching toward Mount Etna, the four-cabin garden spa retreat is a masterclass in Sicilian immersion. Architectural details seamlessly weave local heritage, such as traditional Sicilian mosaic floors, with Dior’s signature palette of stone, onyx, and pale woods.
Among its four treatment spaces, named Diorazur, Diorama, Rosa dei Venti, and the double Isola Bella Suite, guests are immersed in an atmosphere of refined tranquility and enveloped by the Dior brand. The Isola Bella Suite offers an private wellness escape for two, complete with an infrared sauna for deep detoxification and a dedicated beauty room for post-treatment glam sessions.
The treatment menu blends cutting-edge aesthetic innovation with ancient healing rituals. A highlight of the Sicilian menu is the signature Talisman of Vitality ritual — an energetic rebalancing experience rooted in Ayurveda and lithotherapy, where guests select a semi-precious Sicilian gem to guide and diffuse energy throughout the session. Guests can also indulge in emblematic facial protocols including Kobi-Dior, Golden Aura, and 'Dior Powered by Hydrafacial'.
For those seeking total immersion, the spa offers the Dior Wellness Villeggiatura program. Co-created with global experts Bryony Deery (renowned Pilates specialist) and Rose Ferguson (functional medicine and nutrition expert), this holistic journey combines anti-inflammatory movement to restore inner balance and vitality amidst Taormina’s naturalistic landscape.
The Dior Spa at Hotel Cipriani, A Belmond Hotel, Venice, Italy
Following the success of its seasonal pop-ups, Hotel Cipriani on Giudecca Island, unveiled Venice’s first permanent Dior Spa on July 15, 2026.
Designed by renowned architect Peter Marino as part of the hotel’s multi-phase renovation, the two-story, five-room haven bridges 18th-century Venetian Rococo, 1950s mid-century design, and contemporary elegance. Using traditional Venetian terrazzo and polished stucco, Marino created a peaceful space that honours Monsieur Dior’s deep affection for Venice, a passion sparked in 1951 when he attended Charles de Beistegui’s legendary "Ball of the Century" at Palazzo Labia.
The signature Théâtre Corporel is a four-hand body ritual inspired by Ayurvedic principles, performed simultaneously by two Dior Wellness Experts. This multi-act protocol includes a Rosewood exfoliation, warm aromatic oils, targeted deep myofascial release, and gentle stretching designed to restore complete body alignment. For facial rejuvenation, the Mascarade Facial offers a Venetian masquerade-inspired treatment that blends high technology with manual techniques. The experience incorporates LED light therapy, diamond microdermabrasion, myo-fascial release, and a Dior Prestige cream mask applied with Biosonix technology. The finely tuned protocol finishes with micro-current toning, cryotherapy featuring Le Masque Frais, and a complete pre-makeup skin preparation.
Outside of the traditional treatment menu, the Dior Spa at Hotel Cipriani also offers Grounding Slow Movement Therapy, developed in collaboration with Pilates coach Bryony Deery. This ritual combines intentional breath-work, slow deep Pilates movements, and a relaxing tea ceremony to build core stability and mental clarity. Guests can also embark on The Self Alignment Cruise, a private boat experience on the Venetian lagoon curated alongside functional medicine expert Rose Ferguson. The cruise features guided journaling, body-reconnection visualisation, mindfulness meditation, and functional refreshments served while navigating the lagoon.
