Guests are invited to enjoy signature teas crafted especially for the occasion. Savour a curated menu of all-time favourites, reimagined for the season, where the artistry of hospitality meets BYREDO’s evocative approach to modern luxury.
Savoury highlights include Beet Rose, Tomato & Prawn Soul, and Smoked Salmon Whisper, complemented by sweet creations such as Vanilla Crème Brûlée with Fresh Basil, Strawberry Mousse with Violet & Jasmine Tea, and Lemon Saffron Macaron.
The Afternoon Tea is further elevated with a selection of BYREDO teas: Starry Night, a warm, honeyed blend of chamomile, figs, almonds, and Cyclopia; Kaleidoscope, a lively infusion of apple, citrus, verbena, and holy basil; and Aurora, a rich mix of amber, cinnamon, caramel, and vanilla. Expertly crafted in France from 100% natural, consciously sourced ingredients, each blend enhances the multi-sensory journey.
