Masar stretches over a sprawling 1.2 million sqm and is designed to be a multipurpose destination that harmoniously blends hospitality, residential, retail, and commercial spaces. This development is not just about adding to the city’s skyline but enhancing the pilgrimage experience with a focus on accessibility and comfort. The project will feature an impressive array of facilities, including 41,000 hotel and serviced apartment keys and 330,000 square meters dedicated to a vibrant retail scene with shopping malls and centers.

At its heart, Masar promises a pedestrian-friendly boulevard, meticulously crafted to ensure a serene and safe passage for pilgrims heading to the Al Haram Mosque. This path will include strategically placed prayer areas, restrooms, and a variety of dining options. The boulevard is set to be an oasis of tranquility, lined with lush greenery, soothing fountains, and inspiring public art installations.

Sustainability is a cornerstone of the Masar development, with eco-friendly initiatives such as rainwater harvesting, the use of solar energy, and energy-efficient lighting systems embedding a commitment to environmental stewardship.
