As Qiddiya City continues its transformation into a global destination for entertainment, sports, and culture, its hospitality landscape is beginning to take form.
A newly announced partnership between Qiddiya Investment Company (QIC) and Adeera Hospitality signals an exciting new step towards redefining how guests experience Saudi Arabia. With a portfolio of original hotel brands rooted in local heritage and designed for international appeal, the collaboration aims to create immersive stays that reflect the Kingdom’s evolving identity.
The hotels planned for Qiddiya will span a range of categories — from luxury to lifestyle to mid-market — which have each been crafted to offer visitors more than just accommodation. These properties will serve as cultural touch points, blending modern design in an immersive entertainment destination, with authentic Saudi storytelling. Whether it’s through architecture, service rituals, or culinary offerings, the goal is to create spaces that feel distinctly Saudi yet universally welcoming.
Adeera Hospitality’s approach goes beyond conventional hotel management. It’s about curating experiences that resonate with both domestic and global travellers, while supporting Saudi Arabia’s broader tourism ambitions.
The hotel brands, Alia, Sama, and Noor, are not just names. Drawing inspiration from the Saudi national anthem, the names Alia, Sama, and Noor infuse Adeera’s brand identity, and the up-coming hotels with meaningful cultural resonance. These culturally significant and pioneering hotel brands aim to introduce a new language of hospitality: one that reflects pride, vibrancy, and simplicity.
Each concept is thoughtfully designed to meet diverse guest expectations while remaining deeply rooted in the spirit of the region:
• Alia: Alia will be an elevate hotel experience pivoting on Saudi Arabian luxury and design
• Sama: Sama will embody a modern, five-star lifestyle concept, offering a contemporary take on luxury hospitality
• Noor: Noor will introduce a more accessible, mid-market destination concept to Qiddiya
