First Class and Business Class passengers within a 100-kilometre radius of the airport will now be able to avail of a complimentary and luxury chauffeur service

Extending the premium travel experience beyond the airport and the journey, UAE-based airline Emirates has introduced an additional luxury layer to its travel services for its Business and First Class passengers. 

Rated as the second best airline in the Middle East for 2024, Emirates is renowned for its luxurious travel experiences, and for linking top international destinations to the Middle East and GCC, with regular and direct flights

And now, the airline has further enhanced its offerings in Saudi Arabia with the introduction of Chauffeur-Drive Services (CDS) in Riyadh.

Already available to customers in the United Arab Emirates, this is the first time the airline has introduced this extended luxury service to passengers in Riyadh. An exclusive service, this complimentary pick-up service is only available to Emirates' Business and First Class passengers, allowing customers to enjoy a seamless and indulgent journey, from doorstep to destination.

By extending its these Chauffeur Drive Services to Riyadh, Emirates ensures that its premium passengers enjoy a truly personalised and high-end travel experience. The complimentary car service covers Business and First Class passengers living or staying within a 100-kilometre radius from the capital city's King Khalid International Airport. Additional mileage and further destinations are covered at a nominal charge.

Guests wishing to avail of this service should arrange the chauffeur pick‑up at least 12 hours ahead of their flight. This can be done when booking the Emirates flight, or can be done later through the Emirates application and the 'Manage Your Booking' category. Or it can be arranged by calling the customer service hotline. 

Further adding to Emirates' luxury travel experience, it is hoped that this service is an added convenience for premium passengers, coupled with Emirates’ world-class lounges, onboard amenities, and top-of-the-range travel classes, will set a new standard for luxury travel.

Emirates' commitment to Saudi Arabia is evident through its significant investments in the region.

The airline recently unveiled a stunning new lounge at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah, offering a serene and sophisticated space for travellers to relax and rejuvenate. With space for almost 200 passengers at any one time, the 900 square-metre luxury airport lounge offers Business and First Class travellers a peaceful space to grab a bite to eat, relax or work before the flight. 

Furthermore, Emirates has introduced its newly refurbished Boeing 777 to Riyadh and Dammam, featuring a revamped Business Class cabin and the introduction of Premium Economy on the route for the first time. These upgrades only further solidify the airline's dedication to providing unparalleled comfort and luxury for Saudi travellers.  This Premium Economy option was made available, on flights from October 1, giving passengers the option to indulge in a new level of comfort and sophistication as they journey between Dubai and the Saudi capital. Specifically, these Premium Economy seats will be available for passengers to book on EK 819 (7.10am, DXB-RUH) and EK 820 (9.40am, RUH-DXB).
