In February, Riyadh Air confirmed that the airline will partner with Adobe Experience Cloud in order to fully employ and embrace the use of Generative Artificial Intelligence technology. Riyadh Air's collaboration with AI provider, Adobe will only serve to further enhance the digital booking process and booking experience for its customers.
This technology will allow for the seamless integration of other travel plans, such as the booking of accommodation and a further onward travel, as well as the potential to develop a personalised travel experience for customers.
