Accelerating its strategic presence in the Kingdom, the Four Seasons brand has confirmed two new hotels to open in 2027.
Saudi's first Four Seasons property opened in the famous Kingdom Centre, in February 2003. Earlier this year, the hospitality brand unveiled two major Red Sea destinations. This includes the opening of an island sanctuary on the eastern side of Shura Island, Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea at Shura Island in May 2026, and the wellness-focused coastal resort Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay in June 2026, the internationally renowned luxury hospitality brand now has three hotels in Saudi.
Located just 25 minutes from Red Sea International Airport, Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea at Shura Island delivers a secluded retreat centred around barefoot luxury. Guests have access to a rich spectrum of land and marine experiences, including diving excursions along the world’s fourth-largest barrier reef system. Further along the northwestern coast, Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay introduced a dedicated destination for preventive healthcare, advanced longevity programs, and multi-generational wellness, seamlessly blending high-performance health services with world-class hospitality.
Looking toward future development, the brand is preparing to strengthen its urban and cultural presence across the Kingdom.
Four Seasons Hotel & Private Residences Jeddah at the Corniche
Scheduled to open in summer 2027, Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Jeddah at the Corniche will introduce an elevated standard of urban luxury and coastal living. The architectural profile, designed by Skidmore, Owings and Merrill, houses 269 luxuriously appointed guest rooms and suites, 21 serviced apartments, and 64 Private Residences, topped by two expansive penthouses. Interiors crafted by Richmond International feature tranquil spa-inspired bathrooms, marble finishes, and generous living layouts tailored for families and long-term guests. Ranging from two to three-bedroom layouts starting at 116 square meters, the serviced apartments blend the comforts of a private home with signature Four Seasons hospitality.
Four Seasons Hotel Madinah
Whilst, in parallel, the anticipated Four Seasons Hotel Madinah will open just steps from the Prophet’s Mosque. This new Four Seasons destination will bring world-class luxury and thoughtful design to pilgrims and international travellers alike. With conceptual architecture led by HKS, the property houses 246 guest rooms and suites tailored for rest and reflection. The interiors, curated by LW Design Group for the accommodations and public areas alongside AvroKO for the grand lobby, reception, and dining outlets, seamlessly blend contemporary elegance with traditional Middle Eastern artistry. The hotel features multiple distinct restaurant and lounge concepts, versatile meeting and event spaces, a state-of-the-art fitness centre, and a well-appointed spa, establishing a serene urban sanctuary for spiritual journeys and cultural exploration.
