Catch an Art Installation in Al Balad

Digital art has been slowly seeping into the main stream consciousness, to almost become a creative trend in its own right: merging with real-life locations, creating a unique blend of virtual and physical worlds.

Take Over Jeddah is a creative and artistic concept designed, developed and curated by the imaginative and talented Argentinian artist, Andrés Reisinger. Described by Reisinger as 'physical proof dreams do come true', his installation is the perfect example of AI inspired art translating and interacting directly with real life.

Take Over Jeddah comes as part of the Balad Al-Fann initiative to encourage contemporary creatives to share their works in one of the city's most historic locations. This is the first edition of this initiative for the Balad Al Fann program, which will also include an array of events, activities and workshops, alongside hosting numerous installations and showcases, including theatrical performances.
