Opening on October 6, Carbone Dubai is now taking reservations at Atlantis The Royal, marking the arrival of one of New York’s most talked-about Italian-American restaurants.
Founded by Chef Mario Carbone, Rich Torrisi, and Jeff Zalaznick, Carbone has become a cultural phenomenon since its 2013 opening in New York City. With two other Middle Eastern locations already open (and very popular) in both Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and Doha, Qatar, Dubai is finally getting its own Carbone outlet. An opening which is perfectly timed for the busy upcoming winter months, we're expecting this new opening to be a popular spot for group dinners and the ultimate American-Italian dining experience.
Celebrated for its theatrical, retro-glamorous atmosphere that pays homage to mid-20th-century "red-sauce" fine dining, complete with charismatic service captains in signature burgundy tuxedos. Despite its nostalgic aesthetic, Carbone's cuisine is home-comforts refined, offering elevated interpretations of Italian-American classics, most famously the spicy rigatoni, alongside dishes like table-side Caesar salad.
And now the first location in Dubai is set to open in the exclusive Atlantis the Royal on the Palm Jumeirah. Notorious for its exclusivity and difficult to secure reservations, Carbone is a magnet for celebrities and high-profile clientele.
