The savage beats and pulsating dancefloor of Groove on the Grass is heading west this May.
After a run of high-energy sets and homegrown debuts, Groove on the Grass returns to Juman Park in King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC) for the Saudi season finale on Friday, May 2. Expect deep beats, local legends, and a few familiar names behind the decks — this is the last chance to catch the festival in Saudi before it resets for the next round of gigs.
What is Groove on the Grass?
Born in Dubai and now bouncing between cities across the region, Groove on the Grass is a music festival and a marker of the Middle East’s evolving electronic scene. With a decade under its belt, the festival has consistently platformed both regional acts and global headliners, giving electronic music in the Arab world a tuned-up stage.
The high vibe music festival first landed in Saudi in 2022, and has since pulled off editions in both Riyadh and Jeddah; each event carving out a space for underground sounds and big-room energy in a country rapidly rewriting its nightlife playbook.

What does the line up look like?
A much loved music festival across both Saudi Arabia and the rest of the GCC, Groove on the Grass always aims to entertain music lovers until the early hours of the morning with the best music line ups and of course, that good vibe groove. For this edition in Jeddah, the line-up features a tight mix of both local and international talent: local legends Dish Dash, Vinyl Mode, and Hats and Klaps will be repping the Saudi scene, while Leen, Smhar, Blacky, and Deian round out the local roster.
And for the main headliners of the night, late night revellers can expect a live set from Thorben Diekmann of the German-Syrian electronica duo Shkoon, alongside Sébastien Léger, the French producer with a flair for melodic minimalism.
Tickets are already live on PlatinumList. General admission starts at SAR250, with VIP Standing at SAR395, and Backstage Standing for those looking to get extra close at SAR795. Heads up—it’s 18+ only.
