Managed by Jeddah Airports Company, the brand-new 97,000-square-metre venue adds an annual capacity of 15 million passengers, directly addressing the Kingdom's rising travel demand following a record-breaking 53.4 million transit volume last year.

The new, renovated Terminal 4 has been designed to relieve operational density across existing terminals, the phased activation sees key international and regional carriers transferring their operations to the new infrastructure. A primary feature of Terminal 4 is its dedicated processing facility tailored for group check-in procedures, specifically crafted to elevate the arrival and departure journey for Hajj and Umrah pilgrims traveling through the historic coastal gateway.
Beyond its specialised pilgrim-focussed infrastructure, Terminal 4 incorporates advanced operational systems, modernised baggage handling, and expansive leisure spaces. The strategic expansion supports the broader ambitions of the National Transport and Logistics Strategy under Saudi Vision 2030, positioning Jeddah to comfortably accommodate over 90 million travellers annually by the end of the decade.
