If travelling from London Heathrow, the quickest route to the hotel is the 15-minute Heathrow Express to Paddington, followed by a short drive of 10 minutes or 1.4 miles. With Bond Street connected to the Central, Jubilee, and Elizabeth lines, getting around the city couldn’t be easier.
The Background
Set in one of London’s most storied neighbourhoods, once an area home to British icons like Sherlock Holmes, Charles Dickens, The Beatles, and frequent visits from Jimi Hendrix and Madonna — The BoTree draws its name from the sacred Bodhi Tree, symbolising enlightenment and nurture.

The hotel’s 199 rooms range from superior to deluxe and executive options, all with king size or twin beds and ranging in size from 20 sq m to 26 sq m. They feature vegan leather headboards, eucalyptus Tencel bedding, Jasper Conran Wedgewood tea sets, Nespresso machines and Alessi kettles.
Elevating the in-room experience, luxury bathroom amenities are thoughtfully curated by Jo Loves, a refined extension of the Jo Malone legacy. Infused with the brand’s signature Pomelo fragrance, each bath and body product is presented in elegantly sustainable packaging, combining indulgence with conscience in every detail.
The BoTree’s suite collection is both diverse and refined, offering nine distinct layouts ranging from 30 square metres to the expansive 77-square-metre BoTree Suite, perched on the seventh floor with views of Bond Street.
Each suite accommodates two guests and features a dedicated lounge with a personal bar. For those requiring more space, the Marylebone Suite can adjoin with The Lane Suite to create a two-bedroom suite configuration, for families or friends. While the hotel maintains a nonsmoking policy throughout its interiors, the Marylebone and BoTree Suites feature private terraces classified as outdoor spaces, where smoking is permitted.

The signature restaurant at The BoTree, LAVO London, marks the brand’s elegant debut in the British capital, joining the celebrated outposts in other cosmopolitan cities such as New York, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, San Diego, and Singapore.
Operated by Tao Group Hospitality, the acclaimed team behind Hakkasan and Yauatcha, LAVO is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and offers diners a self-described 'Coastal Italian' menu that artfully fuses southern Italian classics with the laid-back vibrance of Southern California. The restaurant's interiors evoke a Mediterranean garden feel, setting the tone for a culinary experience that ranges from refined seafood dishes like oysters and octopus to beloved comfort dishes and family favourites of LAVO's signature meatballs, handmade pizzas, and flavourful spaghetti dishes.

Sustainability
The BoTree’s aim is to minimise its impact on the planet and to this end a lot of thought has gone into environmental protections. It even offers plantable pencils from Sproutworld, replacing plastic pens. After use, the seed capsules at the tip of the pencils can be planted and grow into 14 different plants including flowers, herbs, vegetables and trees.
