AMAALA's luxury wellness footprint expands with debut of Nammos Resort

Saudi Arabia’s north-western coastline of AMAALA is rapidly becoming one of the world’s most ambitious ultra-luxury hubs, pivoting on wellbeing.

Managed by developer Red Sea Global, AMAALA spans over 4,155 square kilometres along the northwestern coast, anchored around the natural coastal contours of Triple Bay. Engineered around principles of regenerative tourism and environmental conservation, the master project integrates wellness, marine sports, art, and high-end hospitality.

The wellness destination’s phased rollout of openings has brought a succession of major international hospitality brands to the Red Sea coast, with some brand's taking this opportunity to launch their debut international locations. The luxurious openings launched in early June 2026 with the debut of the 202-room Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay. Mid-July saw the arrival of Six Senses AMAALA — marking the holistic brand's third Saudi Arabian property — closely followed by Rosewood AMAALA in mid-August and most recently, the opening of the first international Equinox Resort on September 3.

Continuing this trajectory, Red Sea Global has this week, officially announced the opening of Nammos Resort AMAALA — the brand's first-ever full resort hotel globally. With a number of Nammos branded beach clubs open around the world, the AMAALA destination is set to introduce the Middle East and the world, to the full Nammos experience.

The Stay Experience

Guests will arrive via private transfers from Red Sea International Airport (roughly two hours by road) or directly by yacht via the private marina and jetty.

Alongside the private residences, the resort's accommodations span three distinct tiers, each with incredible views across Triple Bay and Dumega Bay. Regardless the tier of accommodation, every guest will enjoy a dedicated private butler service.

The resort's Bay View & Sunset Sea View Rooms span 50 to 54 square metres. These rooms are considered the resort's entry-level rooms, but include private terraces, marble-clad bathrooms with walk-in showers and soaking tubs, and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the water or gardens. A number of rooms in this category feature private plunge pools. Considered the mid-to-high room category, the Nammos Suites & Pool Suites range from 99 to 168 square metres. The large suites feature separate living rooms, expansive outdoor decks, and direct views of Dumega Bay or the Red Sea sunset. This suite category can be booked in varying one- and two-bedroom option, and include both private swimming pools and outdoor lounge areas.

But, it is The Cliff Villa, the resort's top-tier accommodation that covers a jaw-dropping 273 square metres, that is set to be the most sought-after booking. Positioned on an elevated cliffside overlooking the water, the villa offers guests the ultimate privacy with two bedrooms, a private infinity pool, direct coastal views, and dedicated butler service.

Private Residences

Alongside the primary resort and 110 guests rooms, Nammos AMAALA will also be the home of Nammos Residences. The residences will offer a managed collection of 20 private homes situated directly along the waterfront marina.

The configurations span one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, anchored by an exclusive three-bedroom penthouse. Each residence features expansive private terraces and views of the marina, with full access to Nammos Hotels & Resorts' management services, culinary venues, and private amenities. Completing the physical layout, the signature Nammos Beach Club occupies a dedicated private island, accessible to guests via a private boat jetty or an exclusive boardwalk.

Spa & Wellness

Nammos Resort AMAALA introduces the Nammos Spa and its dedicated "Boundless Wellbeing" framework, designed to blend clinical skin health treatments with the brand's signature social lifestyle. The Nammos Spa features the region’s first partnership with Augustinus Bader, delivering advanced skin health protocols alongside late-night sound healing, pilates, and yoga studios.

Programming spans holistic therapies, soundscape beats, late-night sound healing sessions, and radical manifestation workshops, aiming to integrate health and social connection seamlessly.

Dining

The culinary landscape at Nammos Resort AMAALA will be anchored by three signature dining venues and dedicated lounges, blending Aegean gastronomy with global culinary influences across Triple Bay. Serving as the resort’s primary culinary destination, Nammos Restaurant is positioned on its own private island, accessible via a private jetty and boardwalk. The venue pairs an infinity pool and private cabanas with sweeping views of the Red Sea. The menu centres on Aegean seafood traditions, featuring fresh line-caught fish, raw bar selections, and Mediterranean classics elevated with subtle Asian influences.

Nalu Restaurant and Sky Bar operates as the property’s all-day dining venue, offering a fusion concept that combines contemporary international dishes with regional flavours. The menu blends Latin American street-food influences with Asian techniques, alongside refined adaptations of traditional regional fare, served in an indoor-outdoor setting overlooking the coastal pools.

Designed around an evolving culinary concept, Ilios Restaurant focuses on Mediterranean-inspired small plates and tapas. The venue serves as an experimental hub within the resort, hosting a rotation of international guest chefs and culinary pop-ups throughout the year. Close to the dining room, the Ilios Lounge provides a dedicated social space centred around artisanal zero-proof mixology and regional beverage pairings.

Family Friendly

Although many resorts in AMAALA are tailored to adult visitors, Nammos Resort AMAALA embraces families visiting. The property provides families with access to the Blu Kids Club, a nature-focused discovery centre tailored for younger guests. And beyond the property boundaries, guests can access broader AMAALA destination experiences, including equestrian trails, marine navigation, and sailing excursions across Triple Bay. Nammos marks the sixth resort currently operating within AMAALA, with Red Sea Global slating three additional hotel properties, expanded marina facilities, and retail districts to open at Triple Bay in the coming months.
