This in-room wellness initiative, created in collaboration with the World Sleep Society, offers guests a variety of sleep-enhancing amenities across their four hotel brands - from a pillow menu to bespoke breathing techniques from the Chuan Spa and even a soothing playlist of sleep-enhancing music.
