Several parlours are for women only, so check with the venue in advance if you’re unsure. Otherwise, the only limit is what your wallet can cope with, as many of the most luxurious salons come with high prices. These are some of the best beauty salons in Riyadh.

It’s all about the nails at Base and Boon, which has branches in Al Aqiq Plaza, Diriyah, and Al Safarat. This buzzy chain was founded in 2020 by two young Saudi entrepreneurs, cousins Mshael Alessa and Hind Alajlan and their passion for all things mani-pedi is evident in the services on offer here.
Along with basic manicures (160 SAR) and pedicures, you can get gel or acrylic extensions, edgy cat-eye gel polish, press-ons and strengthening and repair treatments. They even offer a ‘Rush’ manicure, which takes under 25 minutes – perfect for a lunch-time appointment. However, it’s the nail art here that really stands out: from intricately painted florals, to glittery tips and seasonal designs, you’re bound to be inspired by the range on offer.
2. Al Manahil
Al Manahil is more than just a beauty salon, it’s a complete wellness centre, where you can relax, play sports, grab coffee, exercise and meet friends, as well as get all your grooming done. Established in Riyadh’s Diplomatic Quarter in 1990, Al Manahil remains the neighbourhood’s go-to spot for all things beauty.
The salon offers waxing, bleaching, artificial lashes, brow services and both regular and permanent make-up, while the spa’s treatments include scrubs, massages, mani-pedis, and luxurious facials. Keep an eye on the centre’s instagram account for deals and special offers – there are often bargains to be had. Sometimes, you just want to get your beauty bits and pieces done in the privacy of your own home, and in Riyadh, that’s where Lavender Beauty Care comes in. From mani-pedis to haircare and massages, you can book the beauty technicians to come to you for an at-home salon experience. Bliss.
That said, their salon venue on King Abdulaziz Road is a pleasure to visit too, with feminine, modern decor, elegant low-hanging lamps, and of course, lots of pretty bunches of lavender brightening up the space. Prices on request.

Between the gilded furnishings, chandeliers, plush velvet chairs and the occasional regal portrait, you’ll feel like you’re entering a beauty palace at Eugenie. It also has the longest list of beauty services imaginable. Starting from the top, there are cuts, colour and treatments for your hair, plus some great styling options including up dos and high ponytails.
Eugenie Salon is particularly popular with brides and those looking for extra-special occasion looks, so full make-up can be done in or outside the salon. Luxury facials, brow shaping, lash enhancements and artistic mani-pedis are all on the menu too, plus complete hair removal. And if the sound of all that beauty maintenance sounds exhausting, opt for a massage instead – an hour-long Hot Stone Massage (389 SAR) should leave you feeling rejuvenated.

The high-end salon is known for its international staff, and specialises in Russian manicures (172 SAR) which involve a dry, deep cleaning technique using a nail drill. Expect to be treated like royalty at this luxury beauty temple.
6. Muskan Beauty Salon
Long-standing South Asian beauty parlour Muskan has several busy branches across Riyadh offering hair and beauty services. Visit for well-priced threading and waxing, plus the long list of facials, which range from classic cleanses to chocolate, papaya, saffron and silver options. Ask staff for advice as to which would suit your skin type best. Add on a mini-manicure to your visit, which is a bargain at just SAR 30.
7. Impact Beauty Salon
Another great go-to for nail art, Impact Beauty Salon ups the ante, offering designs complete with faux pearls and all sorts of other bling nail accessories. Facials, hair and make-up can be done here, along with hair cuts and colours – members of the salon’s staff have devoted followings of loyal customers for their particular styles.
The salon participates in a hair donation program to support children with cancer, so if you’re going for a chop of 15cm or more, getting involved with this scheme is a great way to make a difference.
