Launching in late 2026, Earth Riyadh will bring its urban retreat concept to the heart of the Al Maathar district, while the opening of Earth Jeddah Waterfront will follow this in 2027, promising guests a bold take on coastal hospitality.

Earth Hotel Riyadh
Slated to open in late 2026
Set in Al Maathar District near Riyadh’s Diplomatic Quarter, Earth Riyadh will feature 86 rooms, lofts, and suites designed for both short visits and longer stays. It’s a space that balances comfort with creativity, where guests can move work and much-needed relaxation.
With a rooftop lounge and dedicated music room, the hotel includes a membership-based co-working space for professionals on the go, a rooftop day club for socialising, and a dedicated music room. Wellness is also an essential part at the hotel, with red light therapy, cold plunges, and courtyard yoga sessions.
Dining experiences at Earth Riyadh are expected to be thoughtfully curated to meet guests in every mood and moment. Slated to open in 2027
Earth Jeddah will offer 110 rooms and 179 fully serviced apartments, both to short-term visitors as well as long-stay guests under the Earth Living concept.
More than just a hotel, this waterside location has been designed as a lifestyle destination with co-working zones, retail spaces, social venues, and event facilities. A specialised wellbeing and longevity hub will offer advanced and immersive wellness treatments such as cryotherapy, float therapy, and performance-based training.
